I am a journalist based in Brooklyn, NY, currently working as a senior editor at Foreign Policy. I am interested in global stories about culture, gender, and politics.
Previously, I lived in London and in Cambodia, where I reported and edited feature stories at the Phnom Penh Post and freelanced for other outlets. Before that, I was a fact-checker at the Atlantic magazine. I have a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from SOAS, University of London, where I conducted research on digital media in hybrid regimes. I grew up in Alabama.
